It is for me a very large honor to have the opportunity to transmit a message to such important members, colleagues in the most fortifying of the human activities, the Public Relations.

The past March 2, 2005 we receive of part of the General Direction of Legal Matters of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Mexican United States the permission Nº. 1401.884 to constitute a Civil Association under the denomination:

CONFEDERACION INTERAMERICANA DE RELACIONES PÚBLICAS-CONFIARP, A.C.

This event is important because is the base to adopt a JURIDIC personality with international validity, what guarantees our continuance with the denomination that has a significance of 45 years.

The following step is to define the "MISION, VISION and VALUES" of our Confederation, to endow it of philosophy and conduct ethics, that will give an aggregate value to our activity in each one of the Member Associations that Constitute us.
